On 30 March 2007, the CVM and the Sekwanele Youth Organization launched the DVD, Sekwanele Youth Organization: A Vehicle for Youth Empowerment at UKZN's Edgewood campus. The DVD, created in partnership with the CVM, showcases the work of Sekwanele and champions the group's commitment to community empowerment and youth talent in the field of performing arts. Thirty members of Sekwanele, from the youngest and newest members to veteran leaders, came together to view the DVD and to plan for the future of Sekwanele, which we know will be bright!
